Three questions the desk hears most often
Messages received before the window closes are answered on the same day, usually within a few working hours. A same week bay is offered wherever capacity allows, and the reply always includes the coordinator name so the visitor knows who to ask for at the rail.
Bring the plan you actually follow, in whatever form it exists, and any letters or results you already hold. If a record lives at another office, tell the desk in advance and the coordinator will note what still needs to arrive before the review begins.
Yes. The letter run ends with a signed letter in a sealed folder once you confirm the destination. The desk will post it, hand it to you for delivery or send it by the route the receiving office prefers, and it records which version was released.
